What devices does Show & Tell run on?

iPhone and iPad running iOS 18 or later. A Mac version is planned after the iOS launch.

How many projects can I have?

Steps, photos, and videos within a project are never limited on any tier.

What happens to my projects if I hit my limit or cancel Pro?

Nothing is deleted, ever. All of your projects remain viewable and editable — you just can’t create new projects beyond your tier’s limit.

Does it sync between my iPhone and iPad?

Yes, automatically, through your own iCloud account. Make sure you’re signed in to the same Apple Account on both devices and that iCloud is enabled for Show & Tell in Settings.

Does it work offline?

Completely. Everything saves to your device first and syncs whenever you’re back online — no signal required in the workshop.

Where is my data stored? Can you see it?

On your devices and in your personal iCloud account. We have no access to your data. See the privacy policy for details.

What can I export?

How do I restore my purchases on a new device?

Open Show & Tell, go to Settings → Restore Purchases, and make sure you’re signed in with the same Apple Account you bought with. Purchases also extend to your family via Family Sharing.

How do I cancel my Pro subscription?

Subscriptions are managed by Apple: Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions on your device. Pro features stay active until the end of the period you’ve paid for.

How do I request a refund?

Apple handles all refunds — visit reportaproblem.apple.com.
